How to lobby :
Lobbyists are requested to submit an application form to the lobbied person’s affiliated agency on a case by case basis. After the agency accepts and registers the lobbying case, the lobbyist may proceed to lobby in person or via written materials. After the lobbying is concluded, the person being lobbied should notify his or her affiliated agency to register the case, make an entry in the lobbying record book and disclose the information for public access. The lobbyist should apply to terminate the lobbying case within ten days after lobbying and make a declaration of his or her financial statement at the Department of Asset Declaration by Public Servants as required by law. The lobbyist is requested to keep a record of his or her financial statement.
